Construction is underway on a new facility for Temprel Inc. in Boyne City, Michigan. This project represents a continued investment in Temprel’s growth, providing a modern building designed to support the company’s operations and long-term needs.

Working alongside Colwell Wangeman Construction, Inc., Nickel Masonry is contributing to the building’s exterior with stone masonry and limestone sill installation. The lower portion of the building’s front façade features stonework accented by limestone sills, creating an attractive contrast with the surrounding building materials.

The combination of natural stone textures and clean limestone details adds architectural character to the building’s exterior. These masonry elements help establish a strong, professional appearance while complementing the modern structural design.

As construction progresses, the exposed steel framework and newly installed masonry showcase the different phases of bringing this commercial facility to life.
